LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – 46-year-old Melissa Brillhart was arrested on Thursday night, charged with aggravated assault of a family member.
Deputies were dispatched to the 15000 Block of County Road 3100, where they discovered a man with minor injuries to his hand and arm. The victim was treated and cleared on the scene by EMS.
The Lubbock County Sheriff’s Office is still investigating.
